Well said Zach! I do like the community aspect, so I'm totally sticking with it for now. It's been more then a week, and I'm still digging it.

I tried ma.gnolia for a week or so a while back and though there is a community aspect to it, unless you are compelled to spend time browsing and interacting with that community, del.icio.us works much more efficiently.

To me it makes more sense to post community-like items on a blog or on facebook where there is already a social network in place (I've actually only in the last few weeks been posting items to facebook and it's really been great since everyone is on it). For links I want to archive and reference, del.icio.us is much better at providing that service (also, the interface is MUCH cleaner).

If you want to spend time in a bookmarking network, go to ma.gnolia. If you want a streamlined and efficient place to store bookmarks to reference in the future, use del.icio.us.

Ma.gnolia is like a group link blog whereas del.icio.us is an engine for saving references.
